This plant comes from Korea and Japan. A tropical-looking shrub with long-stalked, big, glossy dark green, deeply lobed, fanlike leaves that get up to 16in wide.

Grows in nearly all soils exceept soggy ones. Grows 5-8ft tall and wide. This sparsely branched plant gets many roundish clusters of small, creamy white flowers in the fall and winter, followed by clusters of small, shiny black fruit.
